From gathering requirements, researching user feedback, performing A/B testing, and exploring data analytics, I focus on a wide range of UX practices such as personas, information architecture, and customer journeys, to produce detailed wireframes and prototypes that shape products which not only enhance customer satisfaction, but are both useful and easy to use.
